MMO Ramblings: Final Fantasy XI

In the first episode of a new series, Ozzie talks about why he could just never get into Final Fantasy XI when it was released.

Note: Actual footage shown is from Final Fantasy XIV since I have no intention of rebuying and resubbing to XI to record footage.

  1. It's cool. Feeling better is more important.

Burnout is a horrible feeling. @_@ I'm there on a game right now.

You have to enable the mouse? Seriously?

Pay more for every character? Oh lord.

    No regen? -_-

    Everyone's a cleric!

I love watching the guy in Saints Row chowing on a burger to regen health.

Holy Trinity? Is that who you pray to to regain health? =P

I love the term "Meat Shield".

@_@ Sounds like a recipe for madness.

    The monster is following you.

No race/class limitations is a good thing. Limitations like that sounds very D&D for some reason.

You should have told them to splash you with warm water for a surprise.

What the hell is that bounding horse thingie? That was surreal.

Reminds me of a joke. "Final Fantasy XIII is like food poisoning. They say it gets better after 24 hours."
